Strategic Wellness Management is a targeted wellness program designed to meet specific goals for health, safety, and/or job performance. The goals may involve a risk management strategy for a work group, division, or for the entire organization. Tools may be used that track program participation, measure changes in modifiable health risk behaviors, show reductions in health care claims, or demonstrate other types of ROI.
The initial step is to meet with KGA staff to identify specific goals and objectives. Existing data such as climate surveys, health care claims, EAP utilization, and/or focus groups may be used at this initial phase. Once the goals and objectives are identified, a customized plan and program are designed.
