Moral Awareness

• Better understand the need for having good individual and team values/ethics

Values Definition

• Understand the importance of having a values statement (code of ethics) and how/when to use it
• Participate in experiential exercise(s) to demonstrate how to embed shared values into the team's language, action and behaviors

Dilemma Analysis and Resolution

• Analyze and resolve ethical dilemmas via applying new, proven tools to participants' stories about tough choice situations

Moral Courage

• Share stories on moral courage and better understand how individual moral courage leads to collective moral courage

Action Plan

• Make commitments and plan transference of learning to the workplace
