Are your employees tired of the standard approaches to Sexual Harassment Prevention and Sensitivity Awareness training? This presentation uses improvisational actors and a veteran trainer to present live vignettes to illustrate difficult workplace issues. These captivating scenes depict real life examples of miscommunication, inappropriate ethnic and religious remarks, and unintentional harassment by teasing and joking. Actors also demonstrate helpful tips for responding to such situations, assessing one's own behavior, and determining when and how to apologize.
