KGA offers harassment prevention training for managers and employees in four different interactive formats.
SENSITIVITY AWARENESS TRAINING WEBINAR (NEW!)
Live, cost-effective online training ideal for companies with remote locations. Two-hour interactive session tracks participants' attendance and attention.
SENSITIVITY AWARENESS CLASSROOM TRAINING
Our veteran trainer will customize a program in which the training will illustrate scenarios relevant to each work setting. She will depict examples of miscommunication, inappropriate ethnic and religious remarks, and unintentional harassment by teasing and joking. She will also demonstrate helpful tips for responding to such situations, assessing one's own behavior, and determining when and how to apologize.
SENSITIVITY AWARENESS - LIVE!
Similar to our classroom training, but with the addition of two talented actors portraying vignettes customized to each work setting. The use of scenarios depicted by actors allows us to customize vignettes to your company's culture and objectives and also engages participants in a neutral way and is a wonderful alternative to lectures.
ONE-ON-ONE SENSITIVITY TRAINING
Individual coaching designed to produce behavior change in a valued member of your organization.
Content for all formats includes protected categories of gender, race, religion, disability and age. Also covers current issues related to technology - emails, IMs, blogs, websites, cell phones, text messages.
