KGA is different by design. We have a deep belief that life is meaningful and that we have an important service that will help to
improve the lives of others.
We set out from the beginning to make significant human contact with each individual, seeing them as people, and acknowledging that they have somehow found
the courage to call. No matter how big or small the question may be, we respond with concern and care. We recognize that stress detracts from creativity and imagination, and therefore we help each person think outside of the box for more inventive solutions to their problems.
We know that assessment is key and that follow-up will ensure that we are successful in our work.
When we set out to help people, we recognize that they have contacted the EAP because something is pushing them to ask for help outside their everyday support network. If the concern is negatively impacting their lives, they may also be anxious and need extra support and reassurance from us. There is no one right solution, so our clients may need help wading through the possibilities, and asking the right questions to get the answers that will resolve
their need. All of this is done with the belief that resiliency skills can be improved and that the current concern or crisis can be turned into an opportunity for sustainable growth.
Through our direct relationships with people -- employees, managers, HR professionals, or KGA teammates -- we can help people and grow the business at the
same time. As we tend to the needs of our clients and teammates, these relationships blossom from constant nurturing. We always look ahead to be both optimistic about the future and realistic about the present and contingencies. When we see challenges ahead, we work together to practice inventiveness and
improvise with creativity.
KGA. More Human. More Resources.
