Constant Change, in fact, is the one thing that employees can count on these days. Few people are well versed in the language of change. Changing careers, changing locations, changing relationships, shifting values.
People's lives include surprises and increasing complexities. People used to think they had control of our lives and in a world of stability, it seemed that way. But in our roller coaster world of today people face continuous detours and opportunities along the way.
The Cycle of Renewal will outline for employees four predictable phases of change, outlining common characteristics of each phase along with essential life skills for each of the four phases.
This workshop will also explore the concept of resilience… what is it and how people have developed the capacity to bounce back from major change, stress and adversity.
People will learn in this workshop that they visit phases of renewal many times throughout their adult years…. at home and at work and that it is characterized by some up time and some down time. What's important is to know where they are and what essential life skills are important in traversing the cycle with ease.
