Tips for a Better Night's Sleep
February 9, 2012, 12:00-1:00 pm and 3:00-4:00 pm
Are you one of the 64 million Americans who report difficulty sleeping on a regular basis? Do you wake up in the middle of the night and find yourself unable to fall back to sleep? If so, then join us for an online chat group to learn techniques that may improve your sleep. Kristin Matthews, LICSW, CEAP and Carol Biebers, LICSW, two of the counselors at KGA who helped develop our Sleep Coaching Program, will facilitate the chat. They will answer some of your general questions and concerns, focus on some of the "bad habits" that may contribute to insomnia, and provide information on good sleep hygiene.

These orientations describe the role of the manager in the EAP, how to suggest EAP to a troubled employee, and how the EAP may be able to help an employee or family member. The program lasts about 50 minutes including time for Q&A. Click

These orientations describe the services available through the EAP and how to access the EAP. Confidentiality is fully defined and described as it pertains to EAP service delivery.
