Targeted for individuals with zero to three years experience in a managerial position. Individuals will have an opportunity to attend three, half-day training offerings, over a 3-month period. Individuals will discuss the transition into their new role, identifying opportunities for growth and development. Specifically, individuals will develop leadership core competencies, utilize managerial tools, and identify and model best practices as a manager and leader.
In between each session, participants will have an opportunity to apply what they learned, gain feedback, and discuss their experience at the next offering. The focus is on continual learning and immediate utilization of what they learned.

coaching sessions to further explore areas of development

We customize the overall content and topics covered to meet the specific needs of your organization i.e. company mission, values, organizational goals, leadership core competencies, primary job duties and HR programs and policies.
The format of the series includes lecture, group discussion, individual and group exercises, utilization of new tools, development of best practices, goal setting and action planning. In between sessions, participants have an opportunity to apply what they learned, gain feedback and discuss their experience with their manager, buddy and coach.
