At KGA, our primary goal is always to help our companies and their employees at all levels of the organization minimize the impact of work and personal stress. One of the ways we do this is to offer EAP orientations as part of your EAP contact at no additional cost.
EAP Orientation provides concrete information that reinforces the notion that the EAP is confidential and easily accessible. Employees gain first hand knowledge of the EAP services and spend time with a KGA representative from the EAP. The programs are generally 20 minutes in length but can be adapted to any agenda.
