Are you looking for an innovative approach to diversity training? This program is designed to increase awareness, promote conversation, and motivate individuals to make appropriate behavioral adjustments in the various areas of diversity. The examples for each program are customized to meet the specific needs of the organization.

This powerful and engaging training utilizes improvisational actors to depict real life examples, while performing live vignettes of miscommunication, inappropriate ethnic and religious remarks, and unintentional harassment by teasing and joking. Actors also demonstrate helpful tips for responding to such situations, assessing one's own behaviors, and determining when and how to apologize. This combination of delivery techniques keeps interest level high and motivates participants to listen and learn. Delivered in a manner where learning is both safe and provocative, the training is both fun and high impact.
