KGA Approach to Consulting
Three Core Principles of Practice
The KGA consulting practice is governed by three core principles:

1. Adapting our approach to your problem, not your problem to our approach - Unlike firms that force-fit a particular methodology onto each client, KGA draws upon the widest possible breadth of techniques and methods to address your distinct needs. In addition, we are highly experienced in meeting the diverse requirements of individuals at all organizational levels. We also recognize the critical nature of "chemistry," which is why we take the time to ensure the right fit between our consultants and your organizational culture.

2. The delivery of real value - Value has two components: results and the cost of delivering them. At KGA, we are committed to ensuring both components by fully understanding the context and impact of our efforts. We recognize that every assignment is linked to a larger business or performance issue. At the same time, we seek to quickly identify the human leverage points necessary for change and improvement, determining the most cost-effective way to address them.

3. Sustainable pragmatic outcomes - Whether our work involves problem analysis, program design, training, coaching, or large-scale communication, we work with you to ensure that the outcomes are integrated, relevant, and sustainable. In addition, whenever possible, we unite our efforts with yours to create and implement measures of performance and results.
