High cholesterol has long been established as one of the major risk factors for heart disease. Employees are more aware than ever of the importance of knowing and monitoring their cholesterol levels. KGA can provide the following cholesterol based screenings at the worksite:

• total cholesterol
• total cholesterol with HDL (good cholesterol)
• total cholesterol with glucose
• total cholesterol with HDL and glucose

All of these screenings are done with a simple finger stick procedure on portable equipment in approximately 5 minutes. An average of 10 people can be tested on one machine in approximately one hour.
