Our affiliate network covers most locations in the United States. It is important to us at KGA that each client receives a warm welcome and professional service as part of the EAP. Our affiliate counselors represent KGA when an employee walks into your office, requiring that our standards for network development remain high.

Our affiliate EAP counselors:

• Are licensed at the highest level of their profession (i.e. at the independent level of licensure). CEAPs are encouraged, and at least a Masters degree is required.
• Have knowledge and experience in substance abuse counseling
• Have basic knowledge of stress management and meditation training
• Maintain private malpractice insurance; minimum $1million/$3million
• Have clean, safe professional office space
• Are well-versed in confidentiality requirements and are willing to sign our confidentiality agreement
• Are familiar with and comfortably use the short-term EAP model
• Are able to see clients within 72 hours of the referral
• Have at least 5 years of post-graduate, private practice, clinical experience. On average, our affiliates have been in the field for 10 years.
• Are on panels of insurance providers, such as Blue Cross
