Kathleen Greer, Founder, President, KGA
Kathy is Founder and President of KGA, Inc., a Human Resources Consulting firm. Since 1982, KGA has been helping organizations improve the health and productivity of their workforce and company. Prior to KGA, Kathy worked for the Department of Mental Health and Division of Alcoholism. She holds degrees in management and counseling and is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Certified Employee Assistance Professional.
Bob Cipriani, Owner, Robert Cipriani Design
Bob is an Art Director and Graphic Designer who has created marketing and communications programs for companies in virtually every industry. As Creative Director at KGA, Bob designs wellness communications for KGA clients. A former New England Art Director of the Year, Bob has won numerous awards from leading design organizations and publications. Bob is also a successful Painter of Fine Art, whose works appear in galleries throughout New England.
Gary Cormier, Interim Registrar Manager, Faculty of Arts & Sciences, Harvard University
Gary has over 25 years of Human Resources leadership experience. Formerly VP, HR at BrassRing, he was also Co-Founder/VP of Talent Solutions at My Perfect Gig an internet start-up to revolutionize the on-line recruitment industry. In addition to being an HR Thought Leader, Gary is also an experienced Organizational Behavior Consultant, Style/Ambition Assessment Facilitator, Interviewing Skills Facilitator and Interim Management Consultant.
Richard “Dick” Emerson, Consultant
Dick is VP, Marketing at KGA where his focus is Brand Communications. He began his career on the client side as a copywriter and soon after, assumed responsibility for Sales Promotions and Public Relations. Dick was a Founding Partner of Emerson Lane Fortuna and in 1991 merged his business with Arnold Advertising. In 2000, Dick became Partner and COO at Toth Brand Imaging. Dick retired from full-time agency employment before joining KGA in a consulting capacity.
Ross Gibson, Corporate VP, Human Resources, Charles River Laboratories
Ross was a KGA client at both American SuperConductor and Abbott Laboratories. Currently, he is VP, Human Resources at Charles River Laboratories. While between positions, Ross has worked at KGA as a Consultant. Ross brings to the Advisory Board strong senior leadership experience in Human Resources in addition to his early years of experience in the alcohol and drug treatment field. Ross is past President of NEHRA and holds degrees from The Heller School and Tufts University.
Liz Hahn, COO and Clinical Director, KGA
Liz is Chief Operating Officer and Clinical Director at KGA. Since 2001, Liz has lead the KGA staff in the growth and development of the EAP and Human Resources Services business. Prior to joining KGA, Liz worked at Ceridien Corporation, formerly Work Family Directions of Boston. She earned a Bachelors degree from Simmons College and a Masters in Social Work from Boston University. Liz is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker and Certified Employee Assistance Professional.
Susan C Hammond, Principal, scHammond Advisors
Susan has been an active advisory board member and facilitator since the early 1990’s. She works with business owners and CEOs of small to mid-size organizations on the formation of advisory boards, ways to enhance their financial intelligence and improve their governance. Susan’s prior experience includes serving as contract CFO/COO and Strategic Advisor to a variety of companies and nonprofit organizations.
Ernie Kapopoulos, Senior EAP Consultant-Retired, KGA
Ernie was one of KGA’s first employees. He joined KGA in 1982 as a Senior EAP Counselor and retired from KGA in 2006. Ernie provided on-site support and account management for KGA client companies while helping employees and family members with stress, substance abuse, career and family concerns. Prior to joining KGA, he was EAP Manager at Bull Worldwide. Ernie is a past president of EAPA.
Lenny Lapenta, President, InteractiveBlue
Lenny is a Co-Founder of InteractiveBlue, a leading enabler of web-based software services serving 75 companies nationwide. Prior to InteractiveBlue, Lenny was Vice President and Partner at Xalient, a leading provider of digital solutions where he was critical in establishing pricing models, production management flow and client service models. A graduate of Emerson College, he holds a BSSP in Communications Studies with a concentration in Advertising and Public Relations. Lenny also holds a U.S. patent and is recognized in Katherine T. Carlton's book "Web Works e-Commerce".
Seth Moeller, VP, Client Services, KGA
Seth is an OD/Talent Management professional with industry experience in financial services, consulting, technology, and healthcare. He was recently a Senior Director of Talent Management at Fidelity. Prior to Fidelity, Seth worked at Student Universe, Hay Group, and Tufts Medical Center. Seth holds a Bachelors degree in Political Science and Sociology from University of Vermont and a Masters in Organizational Psychology from Columbia.
Deb Mulryan, VP, Sycamore Networks, Inc.
Deb has held various HR roles over the last 20 years. Prior to Sycamore, she was a Director of HR at Stratus Computer. Following Stratus, she worked in Human Resources leadership positions at Fidelity Investments, Analog Devices, MatrixOne, and Cantata Technology. Deb brings a wealth of strategic Human Resources and business experience to KGA.
Stephen T. Romano, Marketing Communications Strategist, Writer, and Creative Director
Steve works with clients ranging from small start-ups, to Fortune 500 global leaders and companies in a wide range of industries. He is experienced in producing marketing communications programs, branding programs, messaging frameworks, print collateral, annual reports, advertising, videos, direct mail, product names, and web content. Through his work, Steve has achieved local and national recognition, including awards from Hatch and The League of American Communications.
David J Smith, Esquire, Legal Counsel and Consultant, KGA
David, in addition to his role as KGA Legal Counsel, provides legal consultation to employees and family members of KGA client companies. David has been engaged in the general practice of law for more than 30 years. His past experience includes General Counsel positions in corporate law at Honeywell, Wang Laboratories, and French computer company, Bull HN. David maintains a private practice in Wellesley, specializing in corporate law, tax and estate planning.
