The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a positive and preventive program designed to help employees and household members deal with concerns ranging from everyday stress to life threatening illness. The EAP includes consultation and resources for managers, supervisors and human resources professionals as well as a variety of training programs and wellness services.
