A healthy lifestyle makes you less vulnerable to illness.
- >53 Congratulations on your healthy choices.
- 49-53 You have mostly healthy habits. Look for 1 or 2 areas of improvement.
- 43-48 Identify changes you can make in 2 or 3 of your health habits.
- 37-42 Investigate resources that will enable you to make some changes toward a healthier lifestyle.
- <37 Consult with a health care professional as soon as possible to develop a plan.
