Training and Wellness Coordinator

Laurel Fardella is the Training and Wellness Coordinator and an Account Manager at KGA. In addition to supporting EAP clients, Laurel helps clients select and schedule wellness programs and track attendance and evaluations. Prior to joining KGA in 2007, Laurel coached and acted in training films, theaters, and commercials. She later served as training coordinator and wellness educator in several organizations. Laurel has a B.A. from Pennsylvania State University, an M.F.A. from University of Minnesota, and a M.Ed. from Lesley College.
