Founder and President

Kathleen Greer is the Founder and President of KGA, Inc. Kathy provides leadership to the KGA team while working on business development and key account issues. She earned a B.S. in Management from Babson College, and an M.Ed. in Counseling from Northeastern University. She was a steering committee member of the Babson Boston Women's Leadership Council, a former trustee of Babson College, and holds memberships in the Northeast Human Resources Association, HRLF, and the Employee Assistance Professionals Association. Kathy is a Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP) and is licensed as an LMHC.
