General Counsel

David J. Smith is KGA's General Counsel and also provides legal consultation to employees of KGA client companies. He has been engaged in the general practice of law for more than 30 years including corporate law experience at Honeywell, Wang Laboratories, and the French computer company Bull HN. In addition to providing legal services to KGA, David maintains a law practice in Wellesley, Massachusetts specializing in corporate law, tax and estate planning.
